Our client is a leader in the tech industry and looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team


The BDM's Job responsibilities:

  • Maintains and develops internal and external relationships with business and technical peers for assigned partners.
  • Utilizes process to support development and maintenance of pipeline; prepares information for reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Escalates to manager as needed.
  • Closes opportunities using predefined program frameworks or templates, as applicable.
  • Assists with execution and deal management by communicating and reporting with Microsoft stakeholders.
  • Tracks blocking issues and works with deal stakeholders to drive resolutions.
  • Supports post-deal governance and execution plans by working with internal and partner stakeholders across business and technical and operational teams and supports measurement results by assessing progress against.
  • KPIs defined success metrics (e.g., revenue, volume of opportunities in the pipeline/channel).


The BDM's Skills:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience (e.g., investment banking, corporate strategy, sales, venture capital, business development, product management, or related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain successful business partnerships.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50/hr - $58/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include:
