Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or associate Degree with more than 2 years of experience Nature of Work


Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Contracts, Pharma, Med Device Regulated industry, as a project coordinator or manager, as an RN/nursing, and experience with customer interaction


Required:

We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for the HF R&D Team. This is a high growth business division working on Mechanical Circulatory and Pressure Measurement Systems. The Project Coordinator will be setting up contracts with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in order for the R&D Team to get critical insight to support new product development. This role will be managing this contracting process from beginning to end, from initial contact through final payment. They will also be supporting the setup of external studies in which this insight is gained, including establishing contracts and purchase orders with vendors who provide this service.


Project Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage contract process for HCPs in support of R&D from beginning to end, from initial contact with HCPs through final payment

• Manage HCP interactions

• Work with Contract database and internal stakeholders in contracting process, Legal, Health Care Compliance

• Ensure timely execution of all steps including final payment

• Setup external studies at 3rd party vendors

• Interact with HF R&D Team, Marketing, and Sales Team to proactively plan for future studies

• Provide feedback to the teams on improvement ideas

• Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments

• Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
