Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive leadership for technology projects. You will be responsible for establishing milestones and resource needs, monitoring execution, and ensuring accountability for deliverables. Additionally, you will mentor junior project team members on development and support methodologies. 10+ years of experience

Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing multiple IT projects of varying complexities from initial concept through design, testing, planning, and execution.

The initial project will focus on an ongoing initiative transitioning from testing to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of IT projects, which includes but is not limited to schedule creation, invoicing, SOW, scope, resource allocation, and risk management of system solutions.
Deliver verbal and written project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify and manage project issues and risks, escalating as necessary.
Develop and maintain project budgets from inception to completion.
Create and manage detailed project work plans, defining key activities and tasks, allocating appropriate resources, delegating tasks to team members, and executing activities.
Lead project teams effectively, demonstrating the ability to guide team members, facilitate discussions, understand group dynamics, and consistently achieve results.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading IT projects.

Familiarity with payment and/or point of sale applications and processes is highly desirable.

You should possess the ability to confidently coordinate and lead multiple organizations and vendors through all necessary activities to implement payment software upgrades.

Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office, and budgeting practices.

Knowledge of Payments, Networks, and software integration is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Project Overview

Bayone is currently engaged in the integration of a new payments SAAS solution for its extensive network of fuel locations.


This initiative involves a multi-vendor solution that will be integrated within existing Microsoft infrastructure and SQL database.
The selected candidate will take over the ongoing project from QA to production implementation.
Responsibilities will include scheduling and managing meetings with various technical, vendor, and QA teams, recording minutes, assigning action items, following up on project activities, and tracking and reporting all project-related issues.
