Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to liaise effectively with both the business and development teams, ensuring the swift delivery of top-notch products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate sprints and daily standup meetings.
  • Oversee project timelines and manage scope effectively.
  • Promote seamless collaboration and communication within the team.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new developers.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize new requests and manage backlogs.
  • Support development teams in enhancing their Scrum practices.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles, resolving conflicts as they arise.
  • Keep teams aligned with the objectives of the current sprint.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Scrum Master capacity.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Background:
Experience in Development or extensive collaboration with Engineering/Development teams (Java, Node.js, AngularJS, Docker, Microservices, etc. - NOT .NET/C# backgrounds)
  • A background in software development is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum artifacts and methodologies, including Definition of Done, backlog refinement, user stories, and automated testing.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
