Overview

Join the team at BrightView Landscape Development, where we prioritize building exceptional teams and fostering growth. We are currently in search of a Landscape Project Coordinator who is ready to lead and manage large-scale commercial landscape development projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address client challenges while crafting effective solutions.
  • Establish and nurture trust-based professional relationships.
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations team members, leveraging collective expertise.
  • Ensure that all construction services meet contract specifications, stay within budget, and adhere to timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee cost reporting, analyze budget discrepancies, and propose strategies to optimize project expenses.
  • Guarantee timely and precise monthly billing for jobs.
  • Assist in preparing change orders and coordinate with administrative management for receivables and collections.
  • Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients regarding project installation matters; assess and understand client needs, fostering strong business relationships and providing effective solutions.
  • Exhibit exemplary ethics and integrity while promoting a positive company culture.
  • Ensure all projects are completed according to plans, within budget, and by agreed deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates on reports, financials, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct inspections of fieldwork, addressing and resolving any issues.
  • Manage labor resources and subcontractors to keep labor budgets on track.
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily and weekly activities for Foremen and Superintendents; update production tracking reports as necessary.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of labor and equipment to job sites.
  • Oversee equipment utilization, storage, and maintenance on projects.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings, maintaining budget and schedule integrity.
  • Represent the company and build relationships with owners, clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Manage the delivery, storage, operation, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently at all times.
  • Communicate company objectives to management and staff.
  • Foster a results-oriented team environment.
  • Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with substantial field experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in software applications, including the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • A driven, disciplined, and focused approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
