  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and decisive approach.
  • Exceptional organizational change management skills, capable of balancing competing priorities to meet business objectives.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present complex concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • High levels of creativity, motivation, and self-management.
  • Preferred experience in delivering capabilities within corporate services.
  • Experience with Workforce Management Systems, particularly Time & Attendance implementations, is highly desirable.
