What You'll Do:

As the Director of Operations and Client Satisfaction, you will be at the helm of ensuring our operations run smoothly while our clients remain exceptionally satisfied. Leading a dedicated team of 16 professionals, you will:

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure efficient and effective operational processes across all departments.
  • Enhance Client Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to continually improve client experiences and satisfaction rates.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage your team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Strategy: Collaborate with the other department leaders to develop and execute operational strategies that support our growth and disruption in the market.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and lead initiatives to streamline processes.
  • Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and data to drive service enhancements and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role, preferably as a director or a head of a department. Insurance / Operations / 5 Star hospitality / or other / we are willing to pull from other industries as long as you have experience to operate at a 5-star level
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams with a focus on operational excellence, cultural alignment, and accountability.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
