  • Lead Operations Team: Manage and motivate a team of operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including customer service, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of company resources.
  • Improve Quality and Efficiency: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality services, and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Operations Management Experience: Proven track record of leading operations teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire team members, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, and analyze complex problems to identify solutions.
  • Excellent Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and client base.
