Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in the Janitorial/Commercial cleaning industry.
  • Solid experience managing and leading a skilled, diverse, and dedicated staff.
  • Ability to communicate and implement company objectives and initiatives.
  • Ability to make sound judgments and solve complex problems.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-level of ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Highly motivated and able to influence and motivate others.
