What you need:

The successful applicant will have the following:

  1. 5+ years of construction experience.
  2. The ability to efficiently coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time/schedule.
  3. Experience with frame to finish residential builds.
  4. Knowledge of safety protocols and best building practices.
  5. Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.
  6. Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office.
