Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Work Schedule: Minimum of 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Position SummaryThe Project Manager is accountable for overseeing the entire construction process of new residential properties, from initial planning and permitting to post-settlement support. This role entails coordinating and supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all necessary inspections, delivering projects within established timelines and budgets, conducting quality assurance checks, and maintaining clear communication with clients, sales teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain all required permits and complete pre-construction tasks.
- Manage subcontractors through proactive scheduling and daily oversight of construction activities.
- Organize and oversee material deliveries as needed.
- Ensure all municipal inspections are coordinated and passed.
- Provide daily updates on construction schedules and timelines.
- Manage and adjust the construction budget as necessary.
- Report on-site variable cost impacts to management.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the construction site.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through regular communication with clients.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve production challenges or delays.
- Strong understanding of new home construction plans, options, and features.
- Proven knowledge of construction practices, customer service, and setting buyer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in the homebuilding industry.
- Minimal travel required; must possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
