Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Construction Project Assistant Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly with a commercial general contractor. JOB LOCATION: New Boston, Texas

SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $69,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, five 10-hour shifts per week. Note that Saturday shifts may be required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities in the field.
  • Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Help in planning and directing daily operations, taking necessary actions to meet project goals related to cleanliness, safety, budget, schedule, quality, and processes.
  • Maintain essential documentation, including field reports and schedule updates, to keep all project stakeholders informed of critical developments.
  • Implement project schedules to ensure timely completion of upcoming tasks and proactively address any issues.
