JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Supply Chain Specialist will perform the following tasks under the leadership of the Product Management Team.


MUST BE BILINGUAL IN KOREAN & ENGLISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

·      Manage overall resource distribution according to production/operations schedules.

·      Monitor inventory level and identify consumers' demands for specific items per warehouse/distributor.

·      Address and implement key inventory control systems.

·      Support Surfaces production and inventory allocation to ensure a stable supply including dead stock monitoring.

·      Analyze logistics costs, identify service and cost improvement options, and make recommendations to the management to improve operations.

·      Manage surfaces product certifications, specifications, and evaluate new technical information.

·      Set up process to fulfill orders and invoice process.

·      Manage export order process for OEM/Korea materials.

·      Provide logistics and supply chain management solutions.

·      Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.

·      Three (3) plus years of relevant experiences.

·      Other relevant experience in analytical and planning will be considered.
