Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Bilingual Orientation Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new Team Members at our corporate facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance classroom orientation sessions
  • Ensure timely completion and proper filing of all new Team Member documentation
  • Monitor and record attendance and punctuality of new hires during orientation
  • Act as a communication bridge between management and staff
  • Conduct plant walkthroughs twice daily and report any GMP and safety observations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences
  • Prior experience in training or facilitation
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas and concerns clearly and positively
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to promote teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capable of working independently
  • Willingness to work in an industrial environment.

Educational Background:

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.
