Role Summary:
The Bilingual Orientation Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new Team Members at our corporate facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance classroom orientation sessions
- Ensure timely completion and proper filing of all new Team Member documentation
- Monitor and record attendance and punctuality of new hires during orientation
- Act as a communication bridge between management and staff
- Conduct plant walkthroughs twice daily and report any GMP and safety observations
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences
- Prior experience in training or facilitation
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Ability to articulate ideas and concerns clearly and positively
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to promote teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capable of working independently
- Willingness to work in an industrial environment.
Educational Background:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.
