A key component to that growth is the scaling of a highly performing sales team.


Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working directly with the sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for face-to-face lead generation for new customers by targeting CEO's and owners.


YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF:

  • You are a motivated sales hunter who enjoys finding new clients through networking with CEO's and Owners
  • You are skilled at generating your own leads
  • You are tenacious, outgoing, and skilled at influencing decision makers


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong track record of new business success
  • Expertise in selling to enterprise CEOs & owners of companies (regardless of the industry)
  • Tradeshow / networking junkie with a compelling presence that captivates any audience
  • You have experience, knowledge, and a large contact database
  • You are results-oriented, assertive, competitive, and a hands-on problem solver
  • Excellent organizational and killer time management skills


Compensation depends on experience but is typically $150-180K plus commissions
