As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives focusing on Enterprise Accounts across EMEA and North America
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions to customers and partners
  • Assume responsibility for overall territory and go-to-market plan
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience selling enterprise SaaS technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of growing revenue from $5m ARR to $20m ARR, including ACV $20k approx.
  • Experience operating in a senior sales leadership role with demonstrable success managing a geographically distributed sales organization
  • Knowledge of sales qualification processes, including BANT/MEDDIC/MEDDPIC
  • Must have experience of US territory with a view to build a team
