Job Description:

Descope is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in New York. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the enterprise software space. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the New York / New Jersey territory.

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales. You will be working closely with our marketing, inside sales, and pre-sales support teams to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the enterprise software market, a strong network of contacts, and excellent communication and closing skills. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience in the New York Region
  • Familiarity with the different products, processes, and eco-system
  • Past experience in the CIAM space (Passwordless, Magic Links, MFA, and SSO) is preferred
  • Knowledge of the territory, particularly Fortune accounts
  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure transactions
  • Proven history of exceeding software sales quotas through strategic selling skills
  • Comfort with an enterprise and transactional sales model
  • Experience and credibility selling at the CxO and senior sales business manager level
  • Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships
  • Technical acumen with the ability to relate it to business value
  • High intellect and the capacity to multitask
  • Excellent qualifying and closing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
