About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to lead and develop client relationships and act as the single point of contact within existing named accounts. This includes:

  • Account Development - Develop business and achieve revenue targets by growing the existing revenue base and hunting for new business within the assigned accounts
  • Opportunity Pipeline Management - Build, generate and close opportunities pipeline
  • Sales Process Management - Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and SOW signing
  • Executive-Level Client Relationships - Manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand client and project portfolio beyond current opportunities
  • Client Relationship Building - Build strong client relationships and establish trust with all key client contacts to uncover new opportunities
  • Pre-Sales Preparation - Extensively prepare for client meetings, including producing sales and marketing materials as needed
  • Proactive Client Engagement - Proactively reach out to clients in order to keep up the relationship and drive new business opportunities
  • Client Engagement Management - Manage multiple client engagements and ensure expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of work

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of sales experience in an enterprise-level software sales role or other high-ticket IT consultative selling role
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and growing accounts within the Financial Services domain
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional services best practices and a customer first mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building skills, negotiation skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Must be a self-starter who can learn on the job with minimal oversight
  • Ability to deal with an extreme level of confidentiality in dealing with all information
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast, uber-collaborative environment
  • Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
  • Experience working with VP and CxO level
  • Experience in Digital Transformation is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Professional Services firm with a proven track record of growing client accounts
