The Cloud Service Provider (CSP) market segment is growing at a rate unprecedented in North America (NAM) technology markets. As the CSP Segment Leader within the US Services, Strategic Accounts Organization, you will be leading a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives in growing our cross-business unit Service footprint for our largest CSP customers across the NAM enterprise. In addition, you will be a critical contributor to the Services Strategic Account Organization (SAO) growth trajectory and strategy, as a key member of the Services SAO leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach and mentor CSP Services, Strategic Account Executives.
  • Work with SAO Leader to define, refine and expand the CSP services growth strategy.
  • Execute and report on the CSP growth strategy, being accountable to the results.
  • Advise on strategic planning and tactical decision at an account level.
  • Manage Sales resource deployment across the CSP segment including deployment of investment funding as needed for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with counterparts and teams across the NAM enterprise, to move forward in an aligned direction.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other Regional/Zone and Global commercial organizations.
  • Coach account fighting teams across competency: SAEs, SA Virtual Sales Reps, SA Customer Success Managers, etc.
  • Be a key contributor to the Services SAO decision making process.
  • Evangelize and drive Services and Services SAO strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and resources for your team in alignment with SAO initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and peer to peer knowledge sharing.
  • Provide insight and VoC to improve internal processes and tooling.
  • Maintain a segment team cadence for segment specific training and updates.
  • Maintain a monthly cadence the fighting teams in your segment.

    • 10+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong understanding of CSP market , commercial processes and execution needs.
    • Desire and aptitude to engage in strategic thought / decision making.
    • Diversified business unit experience base
    • Collaboration focused mindset.
    • Desire and ability to coach superstar sales professionals
