Field Sales ExecutiveOverview:The Field Sales Executive is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in specified geographic territories. They play an important part in building and maintaining relationships with customers identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients in the assigned territory
  • Visiting customers demonstrating products or services and negotiating sales
  • Developing and maintaining longterm relationships with clients
  • Meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer concerns
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Tracking sales data and generating performance reports
  • Attending trade shows events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of products and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in field sales or relevant sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
