Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team, and generating sales leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly visiting their place of business, attending trade-related association and networking events, and participating on association committees.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with them, and manage their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, field employees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of sales principles, business development strategies, and client relationship management techniques.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this role.
