Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Airgas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our national accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with business decision-makers at national accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Coordinate sales activities with regional sales management and teams
  • Ensure Airgas and all strategic account locations are adhering to contractual commitments
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and pricing agreements for strategic accounts
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends and competitor activity
  • Act as a liaison between regional and national accounts
  • Analyze customer data to identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and prioritize targets based on customer relationships and sales potential
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • 7 years of prior technical solution-driven sales experience
  • Broad knowledge of Airgas products and processes
  • Demonstrated relationship management and consultative aptitude
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance coverage
