The Administrative Support Assistant (OA) will manage a wide variety of education program administrative elements to include program/course monitoring, service productivity, organization processes and workflow, and program effectiveness for the Education Service by developing database tracking mechanisms, data extraction and preparing reoccurring and non-reoccurring statistical reports

Other duties include:
Identifies and determines training priorities, conducts and administers training programs, develops and improves training guidance.
Conducts classroom or other group setting instruction for both clinical and administrative employees.

Provides logistical support for training programs with a large diverse course inventory that requires multiple training sites, numerous instructors and contractors, and a large inventory of materials and equipment.

Arranges training for a large and technically complex organization whose mission is highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and/or whose training needs are especially urgent or critical.

Provides technical and education support to the entire Education team, making recommendations for change and improvements in Education Service and programs provided.

Assists in planning, coordinating, executing and evaluating educational and service programs to ensure quality and compliance with all regulatory guidelines and laws.

Manages a wide variety of education program administrative elements to include program/course monitoring, service productivity, organization processes and workflow, and program effectiveness for the Education Service.

Develops a database tracking mechanisms, data extraction and preparing reoccurring and non-reoccurring statistical reports.

Monitors and initiates follow up for errors or vulnerabilities in educational curricula, training equipment, or gaps in training to ensure resolution.

Answers and screens calls taking care of matters and answering questions of substantive nature that do not require clinical knowledge.

Provides general administrative and clerical duties for Education Service which includes typing Education documents
Performs as primary timekeeper for Education Service and a backup timekeeper for other programs, as deemed necessary.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 07:30am to 4:00pm

Physical Requirements:
Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the administrative-based work.

However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, and lifting of equipment less than forty pounds particularly while leading classroom instruction such as CPR-based techniques or setting up training spaces.
