- Financial Management: Process expense reports and maintain accurate records.
- Software Utilization: Utilize PFM-Professional Flight Management software to manage flight operations.
- Passenger Management: Maintain passenger profiles and update traveler preferences.
- Financial Reporting: Post flight expenses and compile data for reviews.
- Document Preparation: Prepare presentations and reporting documents.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and polite customer service skills.
- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management and results-driven skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with team members at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail, organized, resourceful, and efficient in all tasks.
- Decision Making: Proactive decision-making capability.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Education: Associate's degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
Pay Rate Range: $14-15/hr.
