As a Personal Concierge - Sports, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests,checking guests out of the hotel, and delivering personalized assistance to the hotel's guests from the Sports market in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

What will I be doing?

Contacts guests through pre-arrival e-mails, phone calls, and text messages to welcome the guest and ascertain their needs and special arrangements, as well as arrival time. Personal Concierge will ensure that all relevant departments are advised of the guest's history, requests, and preferences prior to arrival.
Coordinates and responds to all guest requests by assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations/touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction

Meticulously pre-assign reservations to guestrooms in line with guest/group preferences

Completes the pre-registration and registration process for all VIP guests/groups

Offer a warm and personal welcome experience to guests

Escorts guests to guestroom or around property and provide orientation of room services/amenities offered

Demonstrate attention to detail and creativity in executing all requests

Provide direction and support to all departments in order to coordinate guest requests in a cooperative manner

Assist with both incoming and outgoing packages

Exhibit professionalism and personalized service in all interactions as a representative of the hotel/brand

Follow-up with guests and groups during stay to ensure satisfaction

Offer guest appropriate departure services and provide guest with a farewell letter, as well as post-departure correspondence

Execute VIP or group arrivals and departures in line with departmental procedures, which includes personalized or satellite check ins and outs

Independently owns VIP groups to coordinate all special Food and Beverage requests, in-room amenities, rooming lists, special billing requirements, and any other requests

Review hotel billing and inquiries after departure

Supports Front Desk business volumes and assist with guest registration, requests, and check-out services

Updates daily hotel communication documents to ensure all team members are aware of VIP arrivals and hotel information
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Front Office or Sales/Events Leadership, including off-property tasks or events (must have own transportation)
