The role of Sales Agent involves generating appointments with customers who reach out online to acquire new or pre-owned vehicles. The eSales Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. This position entails the use of lead management tools, CRM software, and online resources to manage inquiries, update customer records, and monitor customer interest. The eSales Agent will receive comprehensive training on products, services, inventory, financing options, and incentives.
