Position Summary:
The Finance / Sales Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the dealership achieves its sales targets and financial goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. This position is also responsible for generating additional revenue through the sale of finance and insurance products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly projections for vehicle needs across departments for the upcoming 90-day sales period.
  • Establish monthly and yearly sales forecasts, including gross profit and departmental profitability.
  • Facilitate the sale of financing and various finance and insurance products to customers.
  • Promote Extended Warranties and other aftermarket offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple finance sources.
  • Process and secure approvals from finance sources for all finance transactions.
  • Conduct daily meetings with sales staff to review performance and strategize for the day ahead.
  • Lead sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Coordinate pre-delivery processes with the Service Manager.
  • Provide on-the-job training for sales personnel.
  • Manage all rate quotations and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Verify all paperwork for accuracy in titles, lien information, and taxes.
  • Log sales income and verify insurance with customer agents.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and report any incidents promptly.

Compensation:
Monthly salary of $5,000 plus commission opportunities based on sales performance. The compensation structure includes a base draw and potential production bonuses, with no upper limit on earnings based on sales achievements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Degree or relevant experience in finance.
  • Familiarity with dealership finance and insurance processes.
  • Prior experience in professional sales.
  • Proficient computer skills preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the USA is required.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all company policies.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug tests.
