KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are essential to this position:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, establishing a courteous and inviting atmosphere upon their arrival.
  • Deliver personalized and anticipatory service, addressing guests' needs and preferences with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure that guest accommodations are impeccably prepared and maintained, including arranging amenities, crafting personalized welcome notes, and overseeing evening service.
  • Assist with dining arrangements, serve meals, and provide tailored dining recommendations to guests.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and other refreshments, in accordance with guests' preferences.
  • Offer concierge services, organizing excursions, transportation, spa appointments, and other personalized requests.
  • Aid in wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking, laundry, and pressing services.
  • Recognize and cater to VIP and returning guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Foster and maintain positive and professional relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and protocol, maintaining a discreet and unobtrusive presence while delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, dinners, and celebrations, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience.
  • Maintain organization and stock in all service areas, including pantries and service stations.
  • Address guest concerns or issues with empathy and efficiency, providing timely resolutions or escalating matters as necessary.
  • Additional duties may be assigned or modified as needed.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and demonstrated proficiency in operating a motor vehicle is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, particularly in a similar role, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering personalized service and exceeding guest expectations is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of personalized service and etiquette is essential.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, grooming, and adherence to etiquette standards.
  • A deep passion for serving others and a commitment to guest satisfaction are fundamental to this role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
