POSITION SUMMARY

The Personalized Service Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional and tailored service to esteemed clients, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. This role involves providing customized assistance that aligns with individual preferences while upholding the utmost standards of hospitality, decorum, and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are essential to this position:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, establishing a courteous environment upon their arrival.
  • Deliver anticipatory and personalized service, addressing guests' needs and preferences with meticulous attention.
  • Ensure that guest accommodations are impeccably prepared and maintained, including the arrangement of amenities and personalized welcome messages.
  • Facilitate dining arrangements, serve meals, and provide tailored dining recommendations to guests.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and wines, according to guest preferences.
  • Offer concierge services, organizing excursions, transportation, spa appointments, and other personalized requests.
  • Assist with wardrobe management, including packing, unpacking, laundry, and pressing services.
  • Recognize and cater to VIP and returning guests, ensuring their preferences are anticipated and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, proactively addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and protocol, maintaining a discreet presence while delivering exceptional service.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and celebrations, ensuring a flawless experience.
  • Maintain organization and stock in service areas, including pantries and butler stations.
  • Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues promptly or escalating as necessary.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
  • A valid driver's license is required, along with demonstrated proficiency in vehicle operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, particularly in a similar role, is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalized service and exceed guest expectations is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of personalized service and etiquette is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished demeanor.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
