We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Consultant Sr. to join our team at Cambia Health Solutions. As a key member of our Transformation, Quality, and Learning team, you will play a critical role in facilitating strategy development, planning, and business development efforts to advance our Clinical Mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key clinical quality and spend trends to identify population health and clinical program opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to facilitate clinical program and strategy development, as well as address health equity disparities.
  • Support clinical program and strategy solution design and performance KPIs to ensure initiatives can deliver on expected outcomes.
  • Evaluate potential new business opportunities and partners through competitive analysis, opportunity sizing, impact analysis, and assessment of strategic alignment and prioritization.
  • Develop and communicate key messages and conclusions to executive sponsors, project sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Support Cambia's overall corporate strategy and innovation planning efforts to share clinical program and strategy implications with a focus on long-term growth for the enterprise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, healthcare policy, healthcare economics, public health, business administration); advanced degree preferred.
  • At least five years' experience in population, medical, behavioral health, and/or pharmacy program and strategy development through management consulting, healthcare investment, or an in-house strategy team.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare industry and clinical spend trends.
  • Well-established strategy toolkit (research, quantitative analysis, qualitative synthesis, written/oral communication).
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative program and population evaluation analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior-level audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
