Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance standard operating procedures and practices.
  • Assist in organizing Operations events, team activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with different departments for event planning and execution.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and handle employee logistics.
  • Maintain attendance records and handle employee disciplinary actions.
  • Support offboarding procedures and manage company resources.
  • Address employee inquiries and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Coordinate safety tests and other related activities.
  • Be prepared for flexible work hours including weekends and evenings.
Desired Skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a coordinator role.
  • Strong operational support background is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating with HR teams is beneficial.
  • Detail-oriented, team player with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Track record of project completion and problem-solving.
  • Resourceful and proactive in achieving operational goals.
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and ADP is a plus.
