SUMMARY:

The Sales Coordination Manager at DG3 North America, Inc. plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within the sales team. This position requires a meticulous, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in high-pressure environments. A positive demeanor, client-centric approach, and the ability to lead a small team effectively are essential for success in this role.

The individual will be responsible for supervising a team and providing direct support to the sales group, which includes verifying client information, relaying order instructions, gathering data for proposals, and compiling monthly sales reports. Occasionally, this role may also involve issuing invoices and managing billing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a crucial support system for the Sales Team.
  • Supervise current sales coordinators, establishing objectives for skill enhancement and service quality.
  • Design and implement processes and tools to standardize and optimize sales support functions.
  • Participate in the development of presentations and proposals.
  • Provide assistance to Sales Executives.
  • Receive and process purchase orders efficiently.
  • Verify orders, ensuring accuracy in client information and payment details.
  • Engage with clients via phone or email to address inquiries and obtain necessary information.
  • Maintain and update sales and client records diligently.
  • Compile data for monthly sales reporting.
  • Facilitate client orders through effective communication with other departments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales transactions and billing as necessary.
  • Relay client feedback to relevant departments within DG3.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product/service offerings to increase client value.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client service abilities.
  • Capability to analyze client requirements and provide insights to sales or operations teams.
  • Willingness to learn about the graphic communications industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using client portal accounting systems and developing reports.
  • Adept at managing strong personalities, both internally and externally.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, capable of handling stressful situations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales administration is essential.
  • Experience in print services or a similar industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based in an office setting, where the environment may be fast-paced and demanding, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
