You'll be responsible for:

Developing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Managing stakeholders.
Delivering business related projects to time/cost/quality targets.
Adhering to project management office governance standards in relation to project management.
Assessing and managing project elements: risk, budget, scope, relevant change management and change control, reporting, key performance indicators (KPI's) and benefit realisation.
Partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration to (implement strategy/programmes/initiatives).
Building and maintaining project plans and budget, ensuring key milestones are identified, risks and issues logged and resources in place.
Producing and maintaining project documentation, status reports and associated collateral.
Directing project team and working group meetings.
Delivering stakeholder engagement and communications plans, building constructive stakeholder relationships across the business.
Seeking opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
Delivering continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned.
Driving transformational change.
Providing regular project status reports.
Tracking project progress, escalating risks and issues.
Collaborating with stakeholders/sponsors to ensure alignment and shared understanding of dependencies.
Reviewing post implementation of projects and ensures findings are applied in future projects.
Providing performance management, technical and career development and coaching.
Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

Experience in construction project management, preference in historical renovation and structural retrofits.
Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or similar.
Experience in project management and internal consulting skills.
Familiar with project management methodologies and able to coach others in their application.
The ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate at all levels within the organisation.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, to develop appropriate solutions.
