Consilio - Enterprise Talent Solutions is in search of an experienced Corporate Paralegal Specialist for our esteemed client, a prominent AMLAW law firm. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Corporate Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and New Venture Development. Exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism are essential for this role. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and revising legal documents for attorney review, including but not limited to formation, dissolution, and ancillary documents related to corporate financing, M&A transactions, foreign qualifications, and UCC finance statements.
- Assisting with filings to the SEC.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research.
- Coordinating closing processes and managing post-closing tasks.
- Supporting additional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm or a Fortune 1000 corporate legal department.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory. A graduate degree, such as a JD, is advantageous but not required.
