Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee complex security projects within the construction sector. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in low voltage systems, including security, fire alarms, access control, and CCTV. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget while adhering to the highest quality standards. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, manage, and coordinate all phases of security low voltage projects from start to finish.
2. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Supervise the design, installation, and upkeep of security systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and low voltage systems.
4. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to all safety and quality regulations.
6. Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
7. Conduct regular site evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of work.
8. Provide ongoing updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and challenges.
9. Mentor and train team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
10. Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in security and low voltage technology.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing security low voltage projects in the construction field.
2. Proven knowledge in low voltage, security, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
3. Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk assessment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
7. Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
10. Relevant certifications in project management or related fields are advantageous.
