Overall Mission:

- Provide creative solutions for representative/customer issues/needs
- Deliver best in class customer service to internal/external customers
Customer Success Representative I Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls/emails
- Open and update customer cases within Salesforce Customer Success Tracking System
- Process purchase orders received via email, phone or fax
- Clear and approve problem hold orders
Position Requirements:
3 years of experience in a high volume call center environment
3 years of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Superior time management and multi tasking skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent phone communication
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
