Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $16/hr. Weekly payments plus benefits.
Working Hours: 7am-9pm CST, Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts with potential overtime).

Equipment: Provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients.
  • Confirm essential information.
  • Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service.
  • No sales or collections responsibilities involved.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in Texas or nearby areas.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment.
  • Friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
