**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to incoming calls from clients and their members, providing accurate and timely information regarding eligibility, benefit verification, network and contract status.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, such as data entry, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Provide high-quality service daily to all callers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Document accurate information and maintain accurate records.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in the health insurance industry, preferably in a call center environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
