Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver outstanding customer service at our banking center. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to community engagement and are enthusiastic about assisting others in achieving their financial aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive banking services by efficiently processing all financial transactions while adhering to established limits and maintaining accurate records.
  • Leverage knowledge of bank products and services to enhance client relationships.
  • Assess and fulfill clients' needs by offering a range of services, including account maintenance and processing loan payments.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities for product referrals.
  • Maximize cross-selling of banking products tailored to clients' requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Address client inquiries through direct action or by connecting them with appropriate resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to security protocols.
  • Engage in daily discussions with management to review progress towards individual and team objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, customer service, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as a Teller is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial transactions, including debits and credits.
  • Exceptional customer service and balancing skills.
  • Experience in cash handling and sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet sales and referral goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position with a standard workweek.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required.
