We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) who will deliver outstanding customer service to our clients at our banking center. If you have a passion for community engagement, teamwork, and assisting others in achieving their financial aspirations, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive banking services by accurately processing all financial transactions promptly while adhering to established limits and maintaining a strong balancing record.
  • Leverage knowledge of available banking products and services to enhance and expand client relationships.
  • Identify and fulfill clients' needs by offering a variety of services, including issuing checks, conducting account maintenance, performing money transfers, and processing loan payments.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities for product referrals.
  • Explore and maximize cross-selling opportunities based on clients' requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies in all activities.
  • Address client concerns through direct action or by referring them to appropriate bank resources.
  • Adhere to security protocols while safeguarding client information and bank records.
  • Engage with management daily to discuss progress towards individual and center goals.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, customer service, or related fields.
  • Prior Teller experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of mathematics, cashiering, and banking products.
  • Strong balancing and customer service skills are essential.
  • Experience in cash handling and sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet sales and referral goals is preferred.
  • Capable of cross-selling banking products based on client needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday; 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
