About the Role
As a Vehicle Coordinator for incoming and outgoind vehicles, you will manage the administrative coordination and receiving of incoming and outgoing vehicle deliveries and act as interface to our customer as well as to the carrier.
Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-by-day delivery schedule
  • Control and supervise vehicle at the yard
    • Vehicle status
    • Vehicle location
  • Administrative receiving of incoming vehicle deliveries
  • Issue Management
  • Follow defined processes and execution plan to ensure vehicle allocation
  • Ensuring accurate data management to maintain the quality of staging yard data.
  • Actively support the team with best practices and utilize lessons learned

Who we are looking for

  • High School degree (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge in SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English

Your preferred qualifications

  • Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
