The Role

ZenBusiness is seeking an experienced and dynamic Affiliate Programs Director to lead our affiliate and influencer marketing partnerships. ZenBusiness has established the #1 merchant program in ShareASale but there is much more opportunity to grow. This is a remote role that reports into the Sr. Director, Marketing.

We are seeking a leader that brings a deep understanding of performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate and influencer programs.

Our ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:

  • Proven experience and success building and scaling an existing program into new affiliate channels, platforms, and programs
  • Deep understanding of affiliate networks like ShareASale, Impact Radius, and more.
  • Ability to develop influencers and creators using top networks and strategic partnerships.
  • Highly analytical with an ability to understand how KPIs can be tailored to affiliate needs
  • Digital marketing knowledge of how affiliates can collaborate with SEO, Paid, and other marketing channels to improve overall performance
  • Relationship development - able to successfully prospect, establish, and develop relationships with new and existing affiliate publishers and creators
  • Stellar communication skills with both internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Hitting and exceeding goals for KPIs like conversions, revenue, and ROI
  • Developing strategy to grow and scale our program channels and relationships
  • Setting and prioritizing initiatives across new and existing affiliates, influencers and creators
  • Signing strategic affiliate, influencer and creator targets in new channels and platforms
  • Managing key relationships with our top affiliates, creators, and other strategic partners
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all affiliates, creators, channels, and programs
  • Coordinating across teams including Marketing, Product, Design, CS, and more
  • Conducting tests across new types of affiliates, publishers, creators, and platforms
  • Analyzing and reporting on conversion rates, conversions, revenue and other KPIs
  • Hit and exceed affiliate program goals for conversion volumes and revenue
  • Develop strategic partnerships for both existing and new affiliates
  • Establish new categories that can help customers start, run, and grow their business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or another applicable field
  • 7-10 years of experience in outsourced and in-house affiliate program management
  • Passion for affiliate, partner, and influencer marketing
  • Experience across affiliate platforms: ShareASale, Impact Radius, CJ, Rakuten, etc
  • Highly analytical and proficient at analyzing large data sets in Excel and other analytics tools to see how key metrics work together to hit forecasts and grow the business.
  • Proven experience managing projects and tests across teams to meet deadlines and goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture with other smart and passionate people
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow your knowledge of affiliate marketing
  • Inherent passion for helping business owners start, run, and grow a successful company
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Success using influencer marketing and management platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Business intelligence and data analysis tools
  • macOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus
