Director of Revenue Enablement

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through scalable enablement strategies across our organization. As a Director of Revenue Enablement, you'll lead the development and delivery of sales enablement and training curricula, ensuring our revenue teams have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for revenue teams, incorporating quantitative and qualitative success metrics.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of revenue training programs, sales tools, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to maintain a customer and partner-facing asset repository.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our Revenue leadership team, identifying opportunities for sales process and performance improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute large-scale annual kick-off meetings and other enablement events.
About You:
We're looking for a seasoned sales enablement professional with 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or coaching. You should have experience enabling teams with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnership organizations, as well as scaling and building high-performing enablement teams. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment and have excellent public speaking skills, strong presence, and ability to command a room.
