Key Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing
    • Create engaging content, including product promotions, company promotions, blog posts, infographics, data sheets, and more.
    • Evaluate industry trends to deliver fresh and novel web and print content and marketing collateral.
    • Monitor the success of marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Email Marketing
    • Develop and administer targeted email campaigns formatted for maximum response and lead generation.
    • Manage all outbound email communications, including template creation, automation campaign setup, coding, content review process, list management, targeting, distribution, and data analysis.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Conduct brand audits and implement improvements to enhance brand perception.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
  • Sales Support
    • Develop marketing strategies for specific accounts and vertical partners.
    • Provide marketing support to sales teams, including the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of customer and partner channel events.
  • Tradeshows
    • Identify and book applicable trade shows for the company to attend.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and deploy booth setups that attract attendees.
    • Manage booth giveaways, promotions, and follow-up campaigns to ensure booth attendees turn in leads for sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing leadership position.
  • Strong MS Office software skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge of social media.
  • SEO/SEM skills to attract the right website visitors.
  • People skills, including the ability to function as a team member and a team leader.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging marketing content and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Innovating thinking to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of telecommunications products and services, and the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members and strategic partners.
