Job Title: Director of Technical Services

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technical Services to lead our technical team in providing exceptional biomedical services to our dialysis facilities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee a technical team to ensure effective and efficient provision of biomedical services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize technical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership and management to drive technical initiatives and projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to Medical Directors and dialysis facility management.
  • Oversee the quality and timeliness of technical team members' performance.
  • Develop and execute technical policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze technical data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical services management within the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for experience in dialysis operations.
  • 5+ years as a Regional Manager of Technical Services or equivalent.
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of AAMI Guidelines, State-specific, and Federal Medicare Regulations pertaining to dialysis clinic operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
