About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions, you'll be the architect behind our product strategy, tailored for the complex needs of the hospitality sector's biggest players. This isn't just about managing products; it's about crafting solutions that address real-world challenges, driving efficiency, and setting new standards in the industry. Your role is pivotal in transforming ideas into reality, while also ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and align with the strategic goals of our clients and are widely applicable.

You'll be diving deep into market analysis, liaising with key clients to extract valuable insights, and steering cross-functional teams towards delivering products that not only meet but exceed our enterprise clients' expectations. You're someone who is passionate about innovation as well as impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product solutions across various hospitality technology segments.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  • Understand Canary Technologies' strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
  • Make product decisions based on detailed analysis and a deep understanding of the market, user needs, and hospitality technology trends.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to think big and take calculated risks.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the needs of our enterprise clients in the hospitality industry, differentiating our offerings from consumer-focused solutions.
  • Forge product strategies that reflect the delicate balance between fulfilling customer needs and advancing our company's strategic objectives.
  • Perform detailed analysis of the hospitality market, with a special focus on Fortune 500 enterprise clients, to identify pain points, opportunities for innovation, and translate these insights into product features that offer broad value across the industry.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver products that meet the complex requirements of enterprise hospitality clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry to gather insightful feedback, ensuring our product development is client-centric and addresses specific enterprise needs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle with a focus on scalability, security, and integration capabilities critical to enterprise clients, from initial concept through to launch and iterative improvement.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring our products deliver measurable value and ROI to our enterprise clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in developing and launching successful enterprise solutions in the B2B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs with company strategy, making tough decisions on feature prioritization and product direction to ensure broad market applicability.
  • Proven track record of developing enterprise-level solutions, with a keen understanding of avoiding the pitfalls of excessive customization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to drive informed product decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
