The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a variety of strategic marketing efforts in Central Region-including building and maintaining the OneDigital brand overall and managing initiatives to drive growth and engage customers. This position works hand in hand with regional sales and client service leaders in support of the growth and retention plans as determined by the Managing Principal and Senior Managing Principals. This position works closely with the other field marketers in the region and the corporate marketing team.

The Marketing Manager requires an understanding of OneDigital's business, vendor management expertise, professional communication acumen to manage important internal and client communications, and attention to detail as it relates to strategic initiative management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivering on specific strategic priorities as part of our marketing strategy that drive profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth ;
  • Collaborates with national marketing team in developing goals, strategies and management practices that will ensure in-region dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention;
  • Fosters and develops relationships with local office leaders in order to exceed the sales and retention goals for the office;
  • Manages brand awareness activities in the region, including regional buzz-building, event marketing, key market messaging and execution;
  • Works with OneDigital's corporate marketing team to develop the voice of the region and ensure it is articulated clearly in region-facing marketing messages;
  • Oversees content development, execution and management for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral (including videos);
  • Researches and develops messaging that resonates with ideal customers; collaborates with leadership, sales, and service teams to understand customer needs and develop insight-based messaging and collateral to support;
  • Manages and implements regional marketing plans-including digital lead generation activities, D4M campaigns, webinars, and PR; leverage customer data to improve customer experience and outcomes
  • Works closely with regional leadership to develop an enablement strategy to ensure colleagues have efficient and effective access to the right resources for their customers
  • Manages local market relationships with PR firms, journalists and media, and works with OneDigital's national PR service provider as needed;
  • Design and deliver innovative in-person and virtual events, and peer forums;
  • Plan and execute industry events, developing print collaterals/website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities; consults local office leaders on event marketing best practices;
  • Collaborates with leaders to monitor, analyze and present results of marketing efforts to stakeholders;
  • Works with Sales, Client Services and IT to maintain, scrub and renew data used for digital marketing initiatives;
  • Represents marketing in acquisition activities in the region, and works in conjunction with the corporate team to support the onboarding process for acquisitions in the region overall.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Strong business writing and communication skills, including comfort working with executive-level stakeholders;

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong project management skills and experience serving as a project lead: plan, organize, and manage the execution of multiple, complex projects

  • Strong business acumen of marketing trends with the ability to translate concepts into compelling narratives for a wide range of audiences
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team;
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined; demonstrated ability to take initiative;
  • Comfort with technology and using online software to manage your work;
  • Demonstrated experience working with the following design platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint, as well as one or more organizational platforms such as: Microsoft Teams and Planner and Microsoft D365;
  • Demonstrated aptitude towards innovation and comfort with latest digital marketing strategies and tools such as: WordPress, Vimeo, Animoto, and Simplebooklet

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field;
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or law with increasing responsibilities;
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot and other digital platforms;
  • Proven experience with Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms;
  • Recent management experience (minimum of five years) or a proven capability to manage entry-level team members;

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
