As the US Retirement Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to support our Retirement solutions, including Defined Contribution, Pooled Employer Plans, and Defined Benefits. Your in-depth knowledge and expertise in investments will be crucial in effectively promoting and positioning our Retirement solutions in the digital landscape.

US Retirement Marketing Manager

- Manage several internal key stakeholders to prioritize business objectives and align with marketing initiatives.
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising, to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital content, including articles, whitepapers, videos, and infographics, that effectively communicate Mercer's expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to leverage technology platforms and tools that enhance the digital marketing capabilities and effectiveness of the US Retirement marketing team.

What you need to have:
- 8+ years of retirement solutions experience, including Defined Contribution, Pooled Employer Plans or Defined Benefits; understanding products, performance & compliance.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation, preferably within the financial services or retirement industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively document and report on campaign successes.
- Ability to manage internal key stakeholders and align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
