Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager for Restaurants is tasked with crafting and implementing local marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage guests, and drive sales growth for Snooze locations in the Atlanta-metro area. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to embody and communicate the Snooze brand within the community. A deep understanding of the Atlanta market and its surrounding neighborhoods is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, target demographics, competitive landscape, and community engagement opportunities. Utilize insights to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop annual marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, drive foot traffic, and create additional revenue streams for each Atlanta location, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing goals.
  • Marketing Execution: Implement marketing plans while adapting to the evolving needs of the business. Strategies may include community partnerships, local influencer collaborations, and promotional events.
  • Relationship Management: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and community leaders, to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with Snooze's mission.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with local vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial objectives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • Organizational Management: Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that includes events, promotions, and community engagements.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to convey enthusiasm through various communication channels.
  • Strong storytelling ability regarding the Snooze brand.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain authentic relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to presenting solutions.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with the Atlanta Metro area and its neighborhoods.
  • Creative marketing skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to maintain a sense of humor and positivity in challenging situations.

Education and Experience

  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, particularly in field marketing or related roles, is desired. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work 45 to 55 hours per week.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Home base in Atlanta, GA, with expectations for in-market presence.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year, reflecting the competitive nature of the role and the experience of the candidate.
