The Project Specialist/Implementation Specialist will be required to develop an intimate knowledge of customer needs. This position centers on expertly implementing the navigation system and effectively serving and strengthening the nationwide user base. Exceptional communication skills are a necessity.

Exciting opportunity to work in the healthcare education field. The Project Specialist will manage and support customer relations while helping to develop new education applications. Industry: This position is a part of our medical division, which is dedicated to empowering people who are facing life-altering diseases by providing them with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information about their diseases and treatment options.

Responsibilities: The Project Specialist will develop an intimate knowledge of customer needs, anticipating concerns and providing solutions; process incoming document submissions; and perform special projects as required and assigned. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Become master user of proprietary software
  • Managing customer support calls
  • Learning and assisting all areas of product production
  • Managing timelines and project organization
  • Protecting client confidentiality
  • Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, resourcefulness and integrity
  • Understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards and values of our company and the industries we serve
  • Other projects as assigned

Experience: At least two years' relevant work experience required.

Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience, with excellent references, will also be considered.
